He went on to the Government Secondary School in Karu, Abuja, where he graduated with a West African Senior Certificate (WASC) and General Certificate of Examination (GCE). He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Jos in Plateau State and with a degree in education.
Hon. Jisalo graduated from the University of Jos in Plateau State with an Advanced Diploma in Applied Psychology and a Diploma in Criminal Justice and Administration. He obtained a diploma in public relations was obtained during his additional studies at the Institute of Mass Communication and Technology. Professional Career of Hon. Zaphaniah Jisalo
From 1990 to 2002, Hon. Jisalo was employed at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). In 2004, he was chosen to lead the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC). In 2007, he won re-election. He performed the function in 2010.
Hon Jisalo was chosen to represent Abuja Municipal/Bwari Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives in 2011. He participated in the House Committees on Sports, National Security & Security, Defense, Customs & Excise, and Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) during this time. He belongs to the PDP (People’s Democratic Party).
He is now a member of the FCT Area Councils and Ancillary Matters Committee after being re-elected in 2015, Making laws is his area of interest in politics. Meanwhile, Hon.
