A man whose identity is yet to be ascertained, on Tuesday, jumped into the Lagos lagoon in apparent suicide attempt.
The incident happened at Lekki-Ikoyi link bridge water, witnesses said.
Reports said onlookers have besieged the spot to see how they can put up rescue efforts.
The official rescue team has been alerted and the police have cordoned off the area.
