A three-man panel of the Election Petition Appeal sitting in Lagos on Friday affirmed the election of Mr. Sheriff Oborevwori as duly elected governor of Delta State.
It unanimously affirmed the decision of the Delta State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal which affirmed the victory of Oborevwori on September 29.
