Taiwo Awoniyi has been voted by Nottingham Forest supporters as Player of the Month for August.
The prolific Nigerian attacker scored three goals in three consecutive matches for Nottingham Forest in the month of August.
The Nigerian international was massively voted for with an overwhelming 83% votes.
The 26-year-old also won the club’s Goal of the Month award.
The forward’s run and finish against Manchester United was voted for by most fans as the best for August.
Awoniyi got 38% votes to win the second award.
The striker has so far scored three goals and registered one assist in four Premier League games this season.
Awoniyi also scored one of the goals for the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the 2024 AFCON qualifier against Sao Tome and Principe in Uyo on Sunday.
